Geneva Motor Show 2013




Suzuki will showcase a production version of the S-Cross concept
at the Geneva Motor Show.

Audi will bring the new RS Q3 at the Geneva show.


Bentley has increased the performance from its Continental Flying Spur,
but not at the expense of refinement

Top carmakers of 2012




Maruti Suzuki lead throughout the year, selling 88,633 units on an
average every month.


Hyundai came in second but was far behind the leader with 32,581
units average monthly sales.


Tata Motors took third place, selling 24m202 units on an average every month.


Mahindra came in right behind Tata Motors, claiming 21,788 units
average monthly sales.


Toyota was fifth, with 14,353 units being sold on an average every month.


General Motors came in sixth, selling 7679 units on an average every month.


Honda had a decent year with sales of 6094 units on an average every month.


Volkswagen lost market share and recorded 5572 units monthly average sales.


Renault was right behind Nissan at 2930 units in average monthly sales.


Fiat came in second last, with 928 units sold on an average every month.


HM-Mitsubishi came in last with just 372 units being sold on an
average every month.

Tata Motors has launched its premium hatchback, the all new Tata Vista D90 that delivering 90PS of raw power. Powered by a specially tuned Quadrajet diesel engine with Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) technology, this new generation hatch comes loaded with a handful of features.

Chevrolet Sail launched in India

General Motors India launched the sedan version of its compact car Sail with introductory prices ranging between Rs 4.99 lakh and Rs 7.51 lakh.
